Our providers are credentialed to provide care for the following insurances. Individual providers may not be established with all of the listed insurances and different states, we do not carry insurance contracts with. Please contact our office to discuss insurance coverage for your state.

Self-Pay​

Self pay options are available for uninsured individuals or those choosing to opt out of their insurance coverage. Please contact us directly so we can assist you to create a good faith estimate for the cost of services.

Our billing rates are as follows:

Initial Assessment: $300

60 minute family/individual session: $250

45 minute family/individual session: $200

30 minute family/individual session: $150

Court Appearances: $200/hour, 4 hour minimum

Please note, we will do what we can to assist with insurance coverage, but you, as the client, are ultimately responsible for verifying your benefits prior to starting services. You will be responsible for any unpaid portion of the overall cost for services.
