Tara is a licensed clinical social worker in Alabama and Texas. She is available for telehealth services for older kids, teens, and adults. Tara  Tara values her clients as the individuals they are and strives to build a therapeutic relationship that is most supportive of their needs and goals. She has a background in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and eye movement desensitization reprocessing therapy (EMDR). Tara has experience working in schools, hospitals, and outpatient settings providing therapy, case management, crisis interventions, and psychiatric risk assessments.

Tara resides in Texas with her family. She enjoys spending time with her family, spending time outdoors, and cheering on her favorite football team.
